Jessica Flint

Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York. She has been in private practice for over 10 years in New Jersey. She has a general practice working with adults, but specializes in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMAD) in women. She is passionate about working with women at all stages of motherhood.


Jessica graduated New York University in 2006 with a Master of Social Work degree. She practices within a psychodynamic model and has completed a one-year postgraduate training certificate in Psychodynamic Clinical Practice from the Center of Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis of New Jersey. She has trained extensively with the Postpartum Stress Center.


The intervention of holding is an essential part of her work with clients. Jessica is also certified in New Jersey to supervise Master of Social Work students and licensed social workers in need of clinical hours. Trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Jessica regularly uses this technique with her clients as well.


Prior to her clinical work, she studied opera for many years and worked as a professional opera singer. Jessica is also a lover of all things horses, and has filled her office with pictures of these majestic creatures.
