Psychotherapist

Beth Worek, MA, LMFT

Beth Worek, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Pennsylvania with over 15 years of experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families. She has focused clinical experience supporting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period, helping clients navigate perinatal anxiety and depression, mood disorders, relationship challenges, identity shifts, and the emotional transition to parenthood.

Beth's work is grounded in a family systems and attachment-based approach, recognizing that a mother's emotional well-being influences her partner, children, and the entire family system. She also works extensively with couples to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate the relationship changes that often accompany the transition to parenthood. Her therapeutic approach is aimed at helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting emotional wellness.

Beth's passion for maternal mental health began while working with children and families, where she witnessed how a mother's well-being shaped the health of the entire family. Her own experiences with pregnancy and motherhood reinforced the value of community and compassionate support during this vulnerable stage of life. Beth has remained committed to helping mothers feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their perinatal journey.

"As both a therapist and a mother, I know the transition to parenthood can be both beautiful and incredibly challenging. I strive to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and understood as they navigate this season of life. I believe that when mothers are cared for, families are stronger, and healing becomes possible for the entire family system."
