Kate works from a person-centered therapy style and understands and acknowledges that people are individuals and their needs are different. Kate provides a comforting and healing space while working with her clients and incorporating necessary therapeutic skills.

Motherhood encompasses so many emotions and it is important, necessary, to feel heard and validated. It is important to feel encouraged and provided with the tools to help navigate this personal and unique journey. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to sit with you and meet you where you are on your journey.
