Rosemont Plaza is a red brick, eight story building conveniently located on Lancaster Ave, blocks from Villanova Univerisity, not far from the Blue Route. Our office is located on the main floor (right from lobby), Suite #2

From Center City Philadelphia

• Take 676 West (Vine Street expressway) to 76 West
• Follow 76 W to Route 476 South (exit 331A)
• Follow 476 S (Blue Route) to Route 30 East (Lancaster Ave)
• You will go through the Villanova University campus. After the football stadium (on your left), go to the second traffic light (Airdale)
• Turn right into the parking lot of Rosemont Plaza
• If you pass the McDonalds on your left, you have gone about 100 yards too far

From North and West of Philadelphia

• Take Pennsylvania Turnpike to Mid-County Exchange (I-476)
• Take I-476 South to Villanova/St. Davids Exit (Rt.30)
• Follow directions "From 'Blue Route' (I-476)"

or

• From Valley Forge, take Rt.76 East to I-476 South
• Take Rt.476 South to firts exit, Villanova/St. Davids (Rt.30)
• Follow directions "From 'Blue Route' (I-476)

From Southern Pennsylvania and Delaware

• Take I-95 to I-476 North (Blue Route)
• Take I-476 to Villanova/St. Davids Exit (Rt.30)
• Follow directions "From 'Blue Route' (I-476)"

From New York City

• Take New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 6 (Pennsylvania Turnpike, West)
• Travel Pennsylvania Turnpike approximately 25 minutes to 476. Exit for Rt. 476 South toward Chester to
• Exit 13 - Villanova/St. Davids. Follow directions in next section.

From 'Blue Route' (I-476)

• Take Blue Route 476 South (from Plymouth Meeting) to Exit 13 - Villanova/St. Davids (Route 30)
• Exit ramp to Route 30 East toward Villanova
• You will go through the Villanova University campus. After the football stadium (on your left), go to the second traffic light (Airdale)
• Turn right into the parking lot of Rosemont Plaza
• If you pass the McDonalds on your left, you have gone about 100 yards too far

By Train

The SEPTA R5/Paoli Local Line serves the Rosemont train station, traveling from all three downtown Philadelphia stations (Market Street, Suburban Station, 30th Street/Amtrak). Leave Rosemont train station and walk left on Airdale Road one block until you come straight into Rosemont Plaza.

From Philadelphia International Airport

Take SEPTA rail line to 30th Street Station in downtown Philadelphia and then get the R5/Paoli Local to Rosemont train station. Follow directions above to walk to office.
